Norway’s Covid health certificate launched on June 11th, and according to the government, it will be used to speed up the country’s reopening plan.
So far, the government has not offered many specific details on exactly how this will be done. However, they have revealed that the Covid pass will be used to access large events, go on domestic tours and cruises and be used to allow fully vaccinated travellers returning to Norway to skip the entry quarantine.

The version used for travel across the EU will not be available to use until July.
What does it look like?
The domestic version is presented as a simple QR code that will glow green when scanned if you have been vaccinated, recently returned a negative coronavirus test, or have had COVID-19 in the previous six months.
If you do not meet these criteria, then it will glow red.
There will be two pages, one for the control page that shows green or red and the QR code for domestic use.
Then there is the extended control page. This page is used for reentering Norway and is the page you will present to border police if you are eligible to skip the entry quarantine.
You will not be able to use pictures or a screenshot of the QR code. Instead, you must use the certificate itself.
The EU version will display a lot more information than the domestic version. The domestic version displays less data due to the Norwegian government wanting to protect the privacy of its citizens.
