According to the indictment, the couple had decided to meet last spring so the man could retrieve some of his things, the City newspaper reports.
But instead of receiving his belongings, the man found himself with a stun gun pointed at his groin.
“I’m going to castrate you,” said the woman, and fired.
The man managed to lunge backwards at the last instant, however, and thus missed being hit by the weapon’s electric shock.
The woman has been charged for illegal weapons possession, attempted assault, illegal threats, and abuse.
