The PSG star was spotted by Djokovic and was promptly invited to join him on court. Zlatan duly obliged, despite currently resting from playing with his Paris club due to a slight knee injury.
Ibrahmovic and Belgrade-born Djokovic are long-standing friends and after a spot of more orthodox tennis involving rackets they began playing with their feet. The tall Swede demonstrated however that while adept at mastering a football, his tennis ball juggling skills leave a little room for improvement.
The crowd in Paris appeared to enjoy the show however and the pair were given a warm ovation for their efforts to entertain.
Despite Ibrahimovic's absence, Paris Saint Germain made light of the wintry weather at the Parc des Princes on Friday to ease past Lorient 4-0 and extend their unbeaten Ligue 1 run to 23 games.
Next on Zlatan and PSG's footballing agenda is the Champions League clash with Belgians Anderlecht, against whom the Swede registered a four goal haul in the two weeks ago.
