Pärson, a multiple world and Olympic champion, held on to her lead from the morning super-G after the ensuing slalom to leave Austrian Nicole Hosp in second with Swiss Fabienne Suter in third.
Pärson clocked 1min 41.87sec with Hosp at 1.12sec and Suter 1.60.
It is 27-year-old Pärson’s 39th World Cup victory although the Swede will be hoping it sparks a similar success story to last year, when she claimed two victories in Saint Moritz.
American Lindsey Vonn, bidding for a second consecutive overall World Cup crown this season, crashed out during the slalom.
