Det som viste seg å være en kjøretøystans i Svartdalstunnelen viste seg å være en EL bil tom for strøm som i tillegg var stjålet.

Police said traffic surveillance cameras noticed a car stranded in the Svartdal Tunnel.
“We saw a man who was pushing the car but he wasn’t able to move it. Then we sent a patrol to the site to assist,” Oslo Police spokesman Steinar Hausvik told TV2.
When officers arrived on the scene, they quickly found out that they were in for a bit of a surprise.
“What appeared to be a stalled vehicle in the Svartdal Tunnel turned out to be an electric car that had run out of battery and was in addition stolen,” police tweeted.
The driver, described as a man in his 30s, was arrested.
“It’s the first stolen electric vehicle I’ve seen,” Hausvik chuckled.
