Pickpocketing prostitutes prey on Brits in Majorca

This week, three prostitutes were arrested by local police in two separate incidents.

Their modus operandi is still to target British men, often inebriated, returning to their hotels from a night out.

After offering up their services, the prostitute gang begins to frisk the men as a way of distracting them while they carry out the theft.

In many cases, as this week’s incidents suggest, the prostitutes employ violence to steal mobiles, wallets and other personal belongings from the victims.

The woman arrested on Saturday used a beer bottle to hit the two men in the back while robbing them.

The victims were able to hold the aggressor down and called out for police help.

The documentary highlighted the rise in criminal gangs masquerading as prostitute rings to rob drunk and naïve tourists.
