Once his playing career winds down, Swedish soccer great Zlatan Ibrahimovic may want to consider breaking into television.

The LA Galaxy striker appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden, taking a comedic turn as a fortune teller in a skit paying homage to the classic 1988 Tom Hanks film ‘Big’. 
 
In the clip, Corden is at an arcade when he approaches Zlatan Speaks, a fortune teller booth manned by Ibrahimovic. The ever humble footballer refers to himself as “the greatest soccer player in the entire universe”, “the greatest fortune teller in the entire universe”, “the greatest multitasker in the entire universe” and “the sexiest man in universe” before distributing insults and conning Corden out of his money. 
 
 
Ibrahimovic wasn’t done with the his appearance on the show, later sitting down with host Corden to discuss the towering, semi-nude statue of himself that is being created by Swedish sculptor Peter Linde and is expected to be finished within a year. Although it has been reported that the statue is slated for eventual display outside of Sweden’s national football arena in Stockholm, Ibrahimovic told the talk show host the location has yet to be decided. 
 
He praised the “powerful” and “huge” statue and suggested that Linde had pushed for it to show the footballer completely nude. Ibrahimovic went on to poke fun at Cristiano Ronaldo's awful bust before Corden announced that the Malmö native had purchased tickets for the entire studio audience to attend the LA Galaxy’s May 30th match against FC Dallas. 
 
 
Ibrahimovic has been making the late-night rounds since relocating to Los Angeles and kicking off his Major League Soccer career with a thrilling 40-yard injury-time winner in front of an adoring LA crowd. An appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last month has over 7.5 million views on YouTube:

Zlatan has been ‘cured’ of coronavirus: AC Milan

AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been given the all-clear to end his quarantine period and return to action after testing negative for coronavirus, the Serie A club announced on Friday.

Milan confirmed in a statement that the Swedish striker had “tested negative” twice in a row, as stipulated in the protocol to be able to lift the quarantine procedure.
   
Ibrahimovic, 39, sounded a more triumphal note on his social media: “You are cured! The health authority says the quarantine is over, you can go out!”, he wrote on Twitter.

The announcement comes a day after Milan said Ibrahimovic had tested positive a second time for Covid-19, putting in doubt his participation in the Milan derby on October 17.

The derby remains in doubt with two other Milan players and five from Inter currently in self-quarantine.
   
In spite of his absence, Milan have made a decent start to the season, having climbed to second in Serie A after winning all three of their games and reaching the group stages of the Europa League.
