Fifty Shades of Grey done, um, ‘Norway style’

Spoof talkshow host Edel Hammersmark Gjervan has made 'Fifty Shades of Grey: the realistic version', brilliantly turning the tables on the original. Warning: the second half is not for the faint-hearted.

In the trailer Gjervan, the dowdy poet who the alter ego of Norwegian actress Henriette Steenstrup-Såheim, meets Mr Grey, played by the actor Trond Espen Seim, for a job interview.

“People, is this better than the original?” Gjervan wrote when she posted the clip on her Facebook page last week.

The video was first uploaded on Youtube in October after it was aired on her talk show programme Dritseint med Edel” on TV2.

Below is a translation of the dialogue, taken from YouTube.

Anastasia: “Hello. I have an appointment with Mr.Grey. It's regarding an interview for the newspaper I work for.
I had never before met someone like Mr.Grey. He was smart, intense, mature.”

Anastasia: “Do you have any other interests outside of work?”
Mr.Grey: “What about you, Anastasia? I would like to know more about you.
Anastasia: “I'm not that interesting.”
Mr.Grey “Oh yes, you are.”

(Bed)
Mr.Grey: “I hope you were taken to heights you have never been to before.”
Anastasia: “To be honest, I think this was a little tame Mr.Grey. I suggest we put things in high gear.”

(Bed2)
Mr.Grey: “Oh my god. This is the most insane thing i have ever done.”
Anastasia: “So far.”

(Ending)
Mr.Grey: “Got a towel?”
