The flight was grounded at Copenhagen Airport from Paris on Saturday after SAS staff suspected a female passenger of suffering from Ebola-like symptoms.
After one-hour of examination of the passenger at the airport was enough to convince medical experts it was safe to let all passengers leave the plane.
It was revealed the passenger at the centre of the scare was a French traveller, but who has visited West Africa, a high-risk area for catching Ebola, reported NTB.
Copenhagen aiport was quick to defend its capability to handle a potential Ebola threat.
Copenhagen Airport spokeswoman Lea Holm told Danish broadcaster DR: “Today we saw that our emergency procedures work. It is best to be on the safe side in these cases.”
