Norway consumer group reports ‘unfair’ iCloud
The Norwegian Consumer Council has taken the US computer giant Apple to the country's consumer ombudsman, arguing that the terms of service for its iCloud storage violate Norwegian law.

According to the agency, the terms of service empower Apple to change terms and conditions at any time without informing the service's users.
"The most serious issue found in the study was Apple’s unilateral right to change the Agreement at any time, at their own discretion, and without giving users notice," Finn Lützow-Holm Myrstad, head of digital services set the council wrote in the formal complaint.
In the complaint he argues that this infringes both Norwegian and European law.
