The accident occurred in the early evening on Monday near Södra Sandby just outside of Lund, when a car careened off the road, across a garden, and into the front of a residential building.
While the front part of the house collapsed and the car was badly damaged, the driver and the two residents who were inside the house escaped uninjured.
