Norway man had ‘how to’ video for child abuse

A 51-year-old man will go on trial in Norway on Monday for child pornography, including the possession of an instructional film on how to commit sexual offences against children.

"It's a terrible thing," police lawyer Mette Haldorsen told TV2,  adding that the video, about which she gave no further details, was unlike anything Norway's computer crime unit had seen before.

When police raided the man's house, near Oslo, in 2010, they found 15 pornographic images and more than 50 films on his computer, many of which showed children being abused.  The instructional video was found on an external hard drive where the man kept his most extreme material.

"The content is very rough. It is actually one of the roughest we have seen," Haldorsen told Romerikes Blad newspaper.  "We do not know who your children are. There is also no suspicion that the defendant made any of the material itself. It was probably downloaded from the internet."
