Last week signalled the approach of winter weather in Sweden and the seasonal changes will be leaving some of us feeling more tired and down than normal.
In fact, in Stockholm at least, autumn seems to have been completely bypassed for a quick start to an October winter, with overnight temperatures already dipping below zero.
