Tenant booted for peeing in common garden

Neighbours claimed the man would repeatedly pee on the lawn and against trees in the garden. Despite an order from the landlord, the man was undeterred from taking his “business” outside.

The same week a court date for the case was set, the defendant was again seen relieving himself on the grass.

A tenant living on the seventh floor complained of the smell of urine coming from the garden. The case was brought by the landlord of the block’s ground-floor flat.

The judge in the trial ruled Friday that the landlord could terminate the man’s rental contract without notice, due to the defendant’s disturbance of his neighbours.
