Bus crash injures ten

A bus carrying schoolchildren in southern Sweden turned over on a road outside Hässleholm, southern Sweden, on Monday lunchtime. Around ten people were injured.

All those on board, including the driver, were able to get out of the bus. Eleven ambulances and two doctors’ cars were sent to the scene, on the Riksväg 23 main road.

The accident happened at around 13.40. Svenska Dagbladet reported that it was unknown why the bus had turned over. The bus was running a scheduled public service, but most of the passengers on board were schoolchildren.
