The temporary boutique will sell items from the musician's The Life of Pablo fashion line, created to complement his album of the same name.
The shop, at Alexandrinenstraße 118-121 in the Kreuzberg district, will be open between midday and 8pm on Friday and 10am-8pm on Saturday only, giving fans just two days to get their hands on the products. Its location was kept a closely-guarded secret until being revealed 24 hours before the launch.
Long queues and traffic delays around the area are expected, according to Berlin-based Tagesspiegel.
It is part of a global roll-out of 21 pop-up stores, selling the rapper's merchandise. Garments bought at previous pop-up stores have fetched several times their original asking price on eBay.
