Paris Saint-Germain and Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic could consider a return to AC Milan, according to his agent, amid ongoing speculation that has also linked him to British and Chinese clubs.

Ibrahimovic, Sweden's top striker in history, is set to leave the French champions at the end of the season, with multiple previous reports claiming the 34-goal striker could be headed for England's Premier League.

However the Swedish star's agent Mino Raiola has told men's magazine GQ Italia that Ibrahimovic could return to Italy where he also starred for Juventus and Inter Milan.

Extracts appear on gazzetta.it, and quote Raiola as saying: “Ibra could return to Italy, to Milan.”

In what is seen as a veiled reference to recent reports linking Ibrahimovic to a 75m euros-per-season deal in China, Raiola, in direct extracts from the magazine interview, says: “Ibra is a player who is capable of some amazing tricks. Even turning down many millions to go to AC Milan. He has still not decided.”

Paris Saint-Germain coach Laurent Blanc said last month that the Ligue 1 champions were patiently awaiting a decision from Ibrahimovic himself concerning his future, with the possibility of renewing his contract on the cards.

“Zlatan? We are still in reflection and discussion. Our wish is to talk with him to see what he wants exactly, we know what we want from him; after if we click we'll see,” said Blanc.

According to the Italian press, Ibrahimovic has also received offers as high as £1m a week to move to China to play for one of the country's emerging football clubs, but is unwilling to relocate to the far East.
