The 26-year-old was driving at 111 km/hour on Monday in a 50 km/hour zone which was next to a school, according to the police report.
But when traffic officers in Hille, North Rhine-Westphalia, stopped him, the young man was unimpressed, telling them that attempting to stop him while he was driving at such a high speed put lives at risk.
The Audi driver has now been handed a driving ban of one month and had two points put on his licence, which police hope will make him rethink his unusual attitude to law enforcement.
