The “Vigilance Orange” – France's second highest level of weather warning – remains in place for the five départements of Basse and Haute Normandie, as well as in Loire-Atlantique, Maine-et-Loire, Finistère, Côtes-d'Armor and the Somme and Pas de Calais.
