Swiss men’s ski team announced for Worlds

In-form all-rounder Carlo Janka will head up the 12-strong Swiss team for the February 2nd-15th World Ski Championships in Colorado, Switzerland's ski federation announced on Wednesday.

Janka, recent winner of the Wengen super-combined and third in the downhill, will be joined by Beat Feuz, Didier Défago, Patrick Küng, Silvan Zurbriggen, Sandro Viletta and Mauro Caviezel for selection in the speed events of the downhill and super-G.
   
The trio of Daniel Yule (slalom), and Gino Caviezel and Janka (giant slalom) have all qualified for their technical events, with Justin Murisier,
Luca Aerni, Elia Zurbriggen also included despite having failed to meet the Swiss ski federation's demand that they finish at least twice in the top-15 this season.
