Alaba is FIFA 15’s Austrian cover star

FC Bayern München’s 22-year-old left-back is set to feature alongside FC Barcelona’s Lionel Messi on the cover for FIFA 15 in his native country.

Alaba, known for his remarkable attacking ability, became a key player for his club under former manager Jupp Heynckes.

Lionel Messi features on the box art for every version of FIFA 15, but he is joined by a whole host of different players according to region or country.

EA’s FIFA 15 is scheduled for release in late September.
