Izzard will perform every night at 9pm from the 8th to 13th of April at an intimate venue in central Madrid called Ancora.
Noted for his quirky, rambling style of comedy, the British comedian (born in Yemen in 1962) has performed in jam-packed venues on both sides of the Atlantic.
Recently, he's dared to venture outside the comforts of his mother tongue and made European audiences laugh in both French and German.
That leaves a question begging to be answered: Will he address his Madrid audiences in español?
Tickets are available online for €18 and €20, but don't leave it to the last minute as the venue can only hold 100 people a night.
Here's one of Izzard's performances in French.
