Tuesday is Fat Tuesday, also known as Shrove Tuesday or fettisdag if you're Swedish. Swedes around the country rejoice in a baked good that's bigger than your fist, sweeter than sugar, and almost drowning in whipped cream.
The wheat bun, which is spiced with cardamom is hollowed out for almond paste and whipped cream.
