Hellström took home the statues for Song of the Year "Det kommer aldrig va över för mig" ("It'll never be over for me"), Rock Song of the Year, and Best Lyrics for the same song (video below).
The Gothenburger can add the three awards to the nine he's already won since his 2000 debut.
"I realize of course that you're all sick of seeing me up here, but I want to thank everyone for the people who inspired me and got me writing poems when I was 15 or 16. I'm still doing it today, so thanks to them, and thanks to you all," he told the audience when accepting his third award of the night.

Other winners included Stockholm DJ Avicci, who won Artist of the Year, and Veronica Maggio who won for Best Pop.
Swedish singer-songwriter Jenny Wilson also won three Grammis, one for Music Video of the Year, Album of the Year (Demand the Impossible) and Producer of the Year. She was nominated for seven awards in total.
"I couldn't have imagined this in my wildest dreams," she told the crowd.
The crowd gave a standing ovation for 79-year-old Sven-Bertil Taube, who won the honorary lifetime achievement prize.
