The pair, now aged 18 and 20-years-old, were convicted of hacking and harassment and sentenced to youth community service and fines respectively. The pair were also ordered to pay 17,400 kronor ($2,700) in damages to the teenager.
The naked pictures of the 17-year-old could be seen by the girl's 2,000 friends and their friends and the teenager was unable to remove the offending material as her log in information had been changed.
The girl still receives messages from people she doesn't know who have seen the pictures of her, according to a report in the local Hallands Nyheter daily. There is also a webpage where someone has published the pictures of her.
In separate ruling in Borås District Court in western Sweden on Friday four girls were sentenced to youth community service for having slandered three girls around the same age at the end of December last year.
The slander referred to texts and pictures of a sexual nature which were published on the social media tool Instagram.
The fours girls were also ordered to pay a combined 15,000 kronor to the victims.
The Local reported on a similar case in Gothenburg in June when two girls were convicted in the so-called 'slut-shaming' case which prompted street demonstrations and riots.
