The former black metal musician attacked Norway's Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg for being the "Ashkenazic Jewish" leader of an "extremist" party in a post on his blog.
"Norway is completely messed up by this gang of lying, often foreign, coward, communist thugs, but thankfully there is a huge abyss between them and their genocidal politics and the will of the people," he wrote. "I seriously consider returning home to start a proper nationalist party in Norway."
Vikernes was arrested in July at his home in France for on suspicion of planning "a large terrorist attack" modelled on that of the far-right extremist Anders Breivik.
He was released two days later when the authorities could find no evidence which would justify prosecution.
Vikernes, one-time guitarist for the black metal band Burzum, was released in 2009 after spending 21 years in prison in Norway for murdering Øystein Aarseth, the guitarist of Mayhem, a rival band.
