The pair will pay a visit on Thursday morning to the offices of holding company Aker ASA where they will meet with several Norwegian and British business leaders.
The prime ministers then plan to board a plane for Berlin to attend a meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Cameron and Stoltenberg’s discussions are expected to focus primarily on business relations, trade, and energy. The two leaders have previously held talks on the development of renewable energy and the need for a cable connection between Norway and Britain.
Other likely topics of conversation include the European currency crisis, Afghanistan, Syria, and development aid policies.
In Berlin, the British and Norwegian government chiefs intend to speak with Chancellor Merkel about the economic situation, while also focusing on topics relating to democracy, technology and citizen dialogue.
The three leaders will meet at Merkel’s office under the watchful eyes of 100 students from Norway, Britain and Germany.
