The figures, which exclude apartment sales and holiday homes, show prices on Gotland rising fastest, with the average house there rising by 13 percent between the first and second quarters.
Large rises were also recorded in Kronoberg and Västerbotten counties, where prices rise by seven percent. Prices in Gävleborg and Jämtland fell by 3 percent.
The greater Stockholm and greater Gothenburg areas experienced rises of 2-3 percent in the second quarter. Prices in Malmö were static.
Gotland also had the highest price increases on a year-on-year basis, rising by 14 percent. It was followed by the metropolitan regions and Norrbotten.
The average price of the 11,062 houses sold in the second quarter was nearly 2 million kronor.
