Nerds and dorks also want to be able to party without risk of having a bucket of pigs’ blood poured over them like in the movie Carrie. This autumn they’ll find a refuge at Debaser, where mingle girl Sanna and musical fascist Madeleine are creating a bullying free zone, with indie, experimental, lo-fi, indietronica and shoegaze emanating from the speakers. Sports jocks and cheerleaders are not welcome here.

Tonight

We were able to see the wonderful Seabear on Musibyrån’s Iceland special. Now they are coming to Malmö and they’re bringing with them their Icelandic colleagues Borko. Malmö’s Sheasheashea provide the support.

A record label, club and festival organizer that laughs at the latest trends and devotes itself instead to its major passion: electronic music. Here it’s the content, not the hype, that counts.

Underlandet

Where Alice in Wonderland hunts a rabbit, club manager Emil Broomé in Wonderland hunts disco. When you’ve finished your botanic experimentation among the fine selection of beers upstairs, it’s time to go down to the cellar, sorry – Wonderland – and hypno-dance to obscure disco. Then it’s time for an after-party with the author with the bushy hair.

Tonight

Underlandet plays host to DJ Arvid Holm, who continues the hunt for disco.
