The verdict was announced immediately after the conclusion of the trial in Hässleholm, newspaper Norra Skåne reports.
Police narcotics experts found a total of 15 kilos of cannabis following a raid in June on a house in the village of Vankiva.
A total of ten people, all of them Vietnamese, are suspected of cultivating cannabis on an industrial scale at a range of locations in the Hässleholm area.
Both men convicted on Monday, 48 and 55, denied committing an offence.
“My client admits that he had the job of watering the plants but he believed it was tobacco. He has quite simply had the wool pulled over his eyes by the big boys,” defence lawyer Lennart Malmgren told Norra Skåne.
Prosecutor Pär Andersson said the plants contained a particularly strong concentration of THC, the main psychoactive substance found in cannabis.
“This shows that the plants were grown in a professional and organized manner and were of a particularly dangerous nature,” he said.
