A court in Munich ruled on Monday that a chewed-on döner kebab thrown at a restaurant worker posed no threat to her dignity as a human being.

The judge decided against the female plaintiff in the case, who was demanding €250 in compensation for the pain and suffering caused by the snack tossed her way by a disgruntled customer.

The restaurant employee and the winning male defendant became involved in a heated argument after the man bit into the döner kebab and complained he didn’t liked the way it tasted.
